22. Ceramic Tree Spirit Mask By Kathy Blanchard
It is a garden piece to hang on a shed, tree, or fence. It could hang on a wall in your house as well. Douglas-fir bark was pressed on the clay to create texture. Then iron oxide stain and several colored glazes were applied. It was fired at cone 10 so it is weather resistant here in the Northwest but possibly not in colder climates.
