The Naturist Society Foundation, Inc. is governed by a board of directors who are each elected to three (3) year terms. The board oversees all organization operations through its committees and staff. The board are responsible for setting the organization’s mission, strategy, and goals, and ensuring it operates legally and ethically. Board members are fiduciaries, meaning they have a responsibility to make decisions in the best interest of the organization.
